You are purchasing a digital product (eSIM) intended for mobile internet use. After receiving or activating the QR code, refunds or order cancellations are not possible. Please make sure in advance that your device supports eSIM and is not locked by your carrier.
2. Activation and Validity
The eSIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The package validity period starts from the moment of activation.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided even in the following cases:
- Device incompatibility;
- User error during installation;
- Unused or partially used data;
- Accidental purchase.
